Apartments for sale in Paphos Cyprus – The Buying Process

Buying an apartment in Paphos from Pafilia Property Developers.

This week we were shown properties in Paphos by Nick an agent for Pafilia property developers. The agent is very knowledgable and knows his stock well.

He listened to our needs and showed us exactly what we are looking for. We made a shortlist of five three bedroom apartments in and arround Paphos.

What amazed me was the quality of projects we visited, it seems that they take great care in the construction and landscaping of their property developments.

The boys loved the swimming pools in each of the property developments we were shown.

We have started our negotiation process and should secure a favourable sales prices next week.

I will from time to time post our progress as we move through the buying process.
