ΙΑΤΡΟΦΑΡΜΑΚΕΥΤΙΚΗ ΠΕΡΙΘΑΛΨΗ ΣΕ ΕΥΡΩΠΑΙΟΥΣ ΜΟΝΙΜΟΥΣ ΚΑΤΟΙΚΟΥΣ ΚΥΠΡΟΥ

Σύμφωνα με τους Ευρωπαικούς Κανονισμούς, ιατρική περίθαλψη για σκοπούς είτε αναγκαίων βοηθειών είτε παροχής φαρμάκων στην Κύπρο για πρόσωπα από άλλα κράτη μέλη ή μέλη της ΕΟΧ, παρέχεται με πληρωμή είτε σε ιδιωτικό ιατρό είτε στα Κυβερνητικά Νοσοκομεία.

Για δωρεάν παροχή ιατροφαρμακευτικής περίθαλψης στην Κύπρο, μπορεί να γίνει η κατάλληλη αίτηση για την εξασφάλιση Ευρωπαικής Κάρτας, από πρόσωπα που είναι ήδη ασφαλισμένοι στην χώρα τους. Η κάρτα ΕΗΙC αφορά προσωρινές επισκέψεις ενός Ευρωπαίου πολίτη σε χώρα κράτος-μέλος της Ε.Ε. και του ΕΟΧ, και παρέχει αναγκαία ιατροφαρμακευτική περίθαλψη, εάν κατά την διάρκεια διαμονής στη χώρα επίσκεψής για σκοπούς είτε διακοπών, αναζήτησης εργασίας, σύντομο επαγγελματικό ταξίδι, σπουδές ή για μια προσωρινή επίσκεψη της οποίας ο αυτοσκοπός δεν είναι η ιατροφαρμακευτική περίθαλψη, το εν λόγω πρόσωπο ασθενήσει και απευθυνθεί σε κρατικά ή άλλα ιατρικά ιδρύματα συνδεδεμένα με το σύστημα υγείας της χώρας επίσκεψής του.

Εάν η διαμονή προσώπων στην Κύπρο έχει μονιμοποιηθεί και έχει συμπληρώσει συνεχή περίοδο των 5 χρονών, τότε καλό θα ήταν να απευθυνθεί στο Υπουργείο Εσωτερικών, και συγκεκριμένα στο Τμήμα Αρχείο Πληθυσμού και Μετανάστευσης, για καταχώρηση αίτησης για έκδοση πιστοποιητικού μόνιμης διαμονής πολίτη της ένωσης και μελών της οικογένειας του που είναι επίσης πολίτες της ένωσης ή που δεν είναι υπήκοοι κράτους μέλους της Ένωσης.

Το πιο πάνω πιστοποιητικό επιτρέπει μετέπειτα στο εν λόγω πρόσωπο να υποβάλει αίτηση για παροχή ιατροφαρμακευτικής περίθαλψης, για χορήγηση δηλαδή ταυτότητας νοσηλείας, αφού η τελευταία δεν παρέχεται σε κανένα πρόσωπο εκτός εάν είναι πολίτης της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας ή υπήκοος κράτους μέλους που είναι όμως μόνιμος κάτοικος Κύπρου. Η σχετική αίτηση για την κάρτα νοσηλείας, υπάρχει και καταχωρείται στο Γραφείο Εξυπηρέτησης του Πολίτη.

Άλλο ένα απαραίτητο κριτήριο για την εξασφάλιση της ταυτότητας νοσηλείας είναι όπως ένα από τα πιο κάτω ικανοποιούνται. Η ταυτότητα αυτή χωρίζεται σε 2 κατηγορίες Α και Β.

Ταυτότητα Νοσηλείας Α (ροζ κάρτα-ΔΩΡΕΑΝ ΠΕΡΙΘΑΛΨΗ) χορηγείται στα ακόλουθα πρόσωπα:

(α) σε πρόσωπο χωρίς εξαρτώμενους, του οποίου το εισόδημα δεν υπερβαίνει τις €15,377.41

(β) στο κάθε μέλος οικογένειας της οποίας το εισόδημα δεν υπερβαίνει το ποσό των €30.754,83, αυξανόμενο κατά €1,708.60 για κάθε εξαρτώμενο τέκνο

(γ) σε κάθε μέλος οικογένειας με τέσσερα ή περισσότερα τέκνα (πολύτεκνη οικογένεια)

(δ) εγκλωβισμένους και τα μέλη των οικογενειών τους

Ταυτότητα Νοσηλείας Β (μπλέ κάρτα-ΠΕΡΙΘΑΛΨΗ ΜΕ ΠΛΗΡΩΜΗ ΜΕΙΩΜΕΝΩΝ ΤΕΛΩΝ) χορηγείται στα ακόλουθα πρόσωπα:

(α) σε κάθε πρόσωπο χωρίς εξαρτώμενους, του οποίου το εισόδημα υπερβαίνει τις €15,377.41 αλλά όχι τις €20,503.22

(β) σε κάθε μέλος οικογένειας της οποίας το εισόδημα υπερβαίνει το ποσό των €30.754,83, αλλά όχι το ποσό των €37,589.23 αυξανόμενο κατά €1,708.60 για κάθε εξαρτώμενο τέκνο

The Village Square gets a ‘face lift’!

This spring, we have a number of surprises in store for you, as Aphrodite Hills Village Square becomes a busy shopping centre! A selection of new shops and services will be available, in our continuous effort to please and assist Aphrodite Hills Residents and Guests.
New Supermarket at the Village Square
A large new supermarket – Pantopoleio is scheduled to open in mid-April 2012 and will have departments offering fresh meat and produce, dairy products, baked goods, canned and packaged goods and various non-food items, including household cleaning products, pharmacy products and pet supplies. All products at the supermarket will be sold at competitive prices and will include special discounts and offers. The existing Mini Market will remain closed during construction of the new supermarket. Pantopoleio Supermarket ‘Opening Hours’ for April will be from 7.00am – 10.00pm.
Important facility – New MediCentre
A new MediCentre will also open and will provide trained Paramedics capable of dealing with any medical emergency at the Resort. The Centre will have a Doctor and Nurse available during normal working hours and there is a limited service available during weekends. A Paramedic and a Technical Driver per ambulance will also be available in order to assist with any emergency that arises at the Resort.
Luxury Rental Car Company
A new luxury Rental Car Company will also be opening at the Village Square. Leos Car Rentals, will be able to assist Resort Guests looking to rent a car during their stay in Cyprus. 1. План местности

2. Копия документа, устанавливающего правовой титул на землю  и  Земельного кадастра, сопровождающего правовой титул собственности, которая будет приобретена.

3. Копия разрешения на строительство для возведения дома или любого другого здания, или разрешение жилищного строительства на земле. За землю, которая находится под разделением такое разрешение должно быть также подано.

4. Копия договора купли-продажи, заверенная печатью.

5. План дома / квартиры. В случае разделения земли, план не требуется. В случае жилищного строительства,  будет необходим план, в котором будет показано точное       местоположение застройки на территории всего земельного участка.

6. Общая площадь в кв.м. приобретаемого имущества.

7. Документы, свидетельствующие о финансовом статусе заявителя.

8. Копия паспорта заявителя и паспорта мужа / жены, включая все страницы, показывающие штампы их прибытия на Кипр и выезда из Кипра должна быть поданы.

9. Копия свидетельства о браке заявителя или соответствующее свидетельство из посольства своей страны  (это относится к случаям, где фамилия жены и мужа различны или если    жена не меняла девичью фамилию ).Свидетельство о браке должно быть официально переведено на греческий или английский языки.

10. Копия разрешения на жительство или разрешения на работу на Кипре.

11 Надлежащим образом заполненное и подписанное заявление Comm 145.

12. В случае, если заявителем является компания или заявитель является акционером оффшорной компании, все соответствующие сертификаты компании (акционеров, директоров и зарегистрированный офис компании) обязательны для предоставления. Кроме того, должны быть поданы копии меморандума и устава компании.

13. Кроме того, акционеры компании-заявителя и их мужья / жены должны предоставить копии паспортов, и подтверждение в случае наличия недвижимого имущества на Кипре.

The Retreat Gym New Instructor!

Sport has always played a major role in my life since I was child and became even more important throughout my school years, during which time I successfully competed in gymnastic tournaments. Other hobbies and interests from my earlier years include contemporary dance, hip-hop dance and actively attending Fitness Centres.

I loved participating in anything I could in the health and fitness world, which influenced me to make the decision of acquiring more knowledge about fitness and completing many fitness courses. I completed my Fitness Studies at the College of Physical Education (Semmelweis University, TF) in Budapest, Hungary. My fitness knowledge and experience was extended greatly in Ireland and Canada. In my free time I love being in nature, I love anything that enables me to ‘be active’.

Welcome to the Tennis Academy Newsletter for April. Finally, it seems that the rains have gone and spring is now well underway!

This month, we focus our attention on competition, clay courts and tennis retail. Read on to find out more about the competitive side of the Annabel Croft Tennis Academy at Aphrodite Hills, how to play on a clay court and details on the fantastic new offers currently in the Club Shop.

Playing competitive tennis has both its advantages and disadvantages, but in recent times with the global focus on health and wellbeing, the ‘pros’ far outweigh the ‘cons’. Playing competitive tennis in either singles or doubles matches burns many more calories than just recreational play. Read on to find out why… and how playing on clay can help you burn even more calories!

Calories are burned during tennis…

As with any exercise, the number of calories you burn playing tennis depends on how intensely you are working. Tennis can be a leisurely activity played by doubles partners for a half an hour or it can be a grueling battle between two highly competitive people that can go on for hours.

Women’s Singles

  • A 5ft 5in, 30 year-old woman who weighs 130 pounds will burn 404 calories in an hour of competitive singles’ tennis.
    A 50 year-old woman of the same height and weight will burn about 30 fewer calories in an hour. 

Men’s Singles

  • A 6ft, 30 year-old man who weighs 160 pounds will burn 511 calories in an hour of competitive singles’ tennis.
    A 50 year-old man of the same height and weight will burn 472 calories. 
Women’s Doubles
  • The 30 year-old woman playing competitive doubles’ tennis will burn 289 calories in an hour.
  • The 50 year-old woman will burn 20 fewer calories.
Men’s Doubles
  • The 30 year-old man playing competitive doubles for an hour will burn 365 calories.
  • The 50 year-old man will burn 337 calories.
Other Considerations
  • The number of calories burned playing tennis varies considerably, depending on the level of competition. The sections listed are examples of active games, in which the players are on the move most of the time.
  • Competitive tennis burns about twice as many calories as competitive indoor volleyball, about the same as basketball and about two-thirds as much as cross-country skiing.

Read on to choose which category you think you belong in. If you are unsure, come down to the Academy and speak to the Coaches, who will help you assess your standard of play. PLAYING COMPETITIVE TENNIS IS GOOD FOR YOU!

Playing tennis on a clay court is significantly different from playing on a hard court or grass surface. Clay courts are considered by many to be the most difficult tennis surface – but this is a myth. Here are a few steps that will improve your clay tennis game and help you prepare for your French Open dreams. 

Instructions:

Be patient – because clay tennis courts play slower than other surfaces, points usually last longer. Clay courts don’t produce a lot of non-returnable shots, so good conditioning is essential since you will be moving back and forth a lot.
Mix up your shots. Clay courts require lots of creativity since the surface slows down your hard shots. Use different spins and angles instead of just trying to hit it hard. The element of surprise is your best friend on clay courts.
Put topspin on your shots. Topspin works well on clay because the spin bites into the clay well, giving it a more unpredictable bounce and it will make it difficult for your opponent to put counter spin on it.
Play deep on clay tennis courts more than you would on hard courts or grass. Playing deep will allow you more time to plan your shots since clay is slower. This will allow you more control over the point instead of just reacting.
Learn to slide on clay. The clay surface is different from the other surfaces in footing as well as bounce. Being able to slide effectively on clay will allow you to get to balls you would not have a chance at on harder surfaces.
Make your opponent back up and hit them with a drop shot. Drop shots can be devastating on clay and mixed with deep balls with lots of topspin, drop shots can give you a great advantage.

Construction continues according to schedule at Alexander Heights!

LANITIS DEVELOPMENT ANNOUNCES THAT NEW CHANGES IN THE LAW REGARDING BUYING REAL ESTATE IN CYPRUS, MAKE THIS THE PERFECT TIME TO BUY A PROPERTY AT APHR

This is reinforced by the fact that Lanitis Development has always transferred Property Title Deeds to individual purchasers as soon as it is possible.

During the latter months of 2011, a number of important changes were made to the law in Cyprus regarding the sale of real estate. The changes are aimed at improving and to provide further protection for Purchasers of real estate and replace existing legislation for the ‘Specific Performance’ Law.

These important improvements are as follows:

    • The Purchaser now has a time period of six months to deposit the Sales Agreement with the District Land Office (previously it was two months).


  • It is illegal for the Seller to contractually or otherwise prevent or forbid the Purchaser to deposit the Sales Agreement with the District Land Office.

 


  • The Seller cannot mortgage property or part of the property after it has been sold (to the Purchaser) without notifying the Purchaser.

 


  • If the property is mortgaged prior to its sale, the Purchaser has the right to pay the share value of the purchased property to the lending institution and the share value of the property must be released from the mortgage. The Seller or the lending institution cannot deny the payment and the consequent release of the purchased property from the mortgage.

 


  • The Seller is obliged, prior to any sales, to deposit with the District Land Office, the ‘value coefficient’ of each property together with the planning and building permits and architectural drawings. Furthermore, the Purchaser has the right to know the value coefficient of the property he will purchase.

 

The above changes remedy to an extent, the delays in the issuing of Title Deeds and provide a way out for the Purchaser when such delays occur and act as a defence against Sellers and the mortgaged properties’ banks.

Additionally, there is more good news as for a period of six months up to the 1st June 2012, the Transfer Fees have been abolished or discounted as follows:

    • For any transfers of Cyprus Real Estate where VAT is not applicable and which actually take place within the period, the Purchaser will pay only 50% of the Transfer Fees normally due.


  • For any sales or transfers of Real Estate where VAT is payable, the Purchaser will not pay any Transfer Fees. In the case where a sale (and VAT is payable) is made within the period but the Title Deeds are not available to be transferred, as long as the Sales Agreement is deposited with the District Land Office, no Transfer Fees will be payable when the transfer of the Title Deeds eventually take place.
